From the Catalan verb badar: To abstract, to enchant yourself looking at something. Have attention distracted, not realize what is appropriate, let an opportunity escape.

BADEM is formed by a group of young visual artists who collectively document and reflect on photographic experimentation about the human and urban transformations that are taking place in our cities. Our neighborhoods, and ourselves, have entered a state of boiling. Sometimes, we have to stop the world to see where we are and what there is around us. In this sense, analog photography allows us to retain moments that, with double exposure, we join with others to produce a complex and strange image that forces us to stop and look again. From these instants trapped by chance, we create a real visual fiction that requires us to re-look at ourselves with a magnifying glass: who we are, where we live, what is happening to us and why.
